Leah Patricio had survived the semifinals, finally stepping up in The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 Finals representing Team Lea. Will she be able to bring home the grand title and live her dreams?

Leah is not new with joining singing competitions. She had grown up being trained by her father since 6 years old. She shared that she and her father were even willing to cross the seas in a boat just to get in another island and join a singing contest. She also shared that it was her mother who had been there getting her things ready.

During the Blinds Audition, Leah was able to make Sarah and Lea turn with her rendition of ‘I Will Always Love You’. She had revealed that she had always idolized Lea Salonga and was even named after her. With tears in her eyes, she had chosen her long time idol to be her coach who then went down to her seat and hugged her prodigy.

During the knockouts, she sung ‘Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin’, to which Lea had expressed her pride of her. Leah had been consistent with reaching the high notes quite effortlessly.
She had shared her love for her father who had always been willing to sacrifice for her. Singing ‘Healing’, she wanted t convey a father’s love that was lasting and unconditional. Lea had been brought to tears and said that Leah seemed to have done the performance with her whole heart.

During the Live shows Leah shared that she met her husband during one of her gigs. She said that it is her husband who does a lot of the house chores. He does everything for her and he supports her in every way to reach her dreams. He quit his job to help her care for her father and take care of the family. She had sung ‘Because You Love Me’ and dedicated it t him. The whole of Resorts World Manila had grown quiet, savoring her performance. Lea had describe her as a singer with the voice of an angel.

During the solo part of semi finals, she sung ‘Ikaw Lang ang Mamahalin’, dedicating it to her brother who now lives abroad. Head to head against Timmy Pavino, they sung a duet of ‘Locked Out of Heaven’. With the public votes and 55 points from their coach, Leah was able to survive.

Leah is now at the final stage of the competition. She was able to survive, baring her soul and singing her heart with sincerity. Will she be able to bring home the grand title and change her life forever? Will Team Lea win again this Season? Find out by liking this page and following us.
