December 2014 Civil Engineer (CE) Board Exam Results and list of top 10 are finally released on December 11, 2014 three days after the test was conducted by Professional Regulation Commission. According to PRC, it was a student from University of the Philippines- Diliman who was able to secure the top rank with the average score 96.95 percent.
There was a total of 8, 127 examinees who tried to pass the Civil Engineer (CE) Board Exam but only 4,021 was able to succeed. An examinee must be able to have a total percentage of 80 percent to be able to pass the licensure examination which is usually given twice a year.
Civil Engineer (CE) Board Exam was created by the Board of Civil Engineering and implemented by PRC. the Civil Engineer (CE) Board Exam comprises of mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%); hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%); and structural engineering and construction (35%).
The schedule of oath taking will be announced soon as the duly accomplished oath taking form is one of the requirements to register for the PRC ID and claim the Certificate of Registration.
