Anne Curtis expressed her excitement as her international movie, Blood Ransom, would hit the local cinemas on October 29. She is proud being part of the movie and even shared that she had worked hard to audition and play her part.
The ‘It’s Showtime’ host clarified that the flick is not a Hollywood movie but exactly an international indie movie that she had always been dreaming to be a part of. The actress- singer’s movie was originally planned to be on the big screen last year but problems put off the plans and this year it would finally hit the cinemas .
Curtis posted a poster of her movie in Instagram captioned with the date of release. While it would be coming in cinema on October 29 in Philipines under Viva Films, it would debut on October 31 in North America.
The plot was not exactly revealed but the teaser shows it is a vampire movie where Crystal, played by Curtis, is in a relationship with the kidnapper’s boss. Actor Alexander Dreymon played the character of Jeremiah who is the kidnapper.
It was earlier year when the trailers were first uploaded but most people was oblivious about the movie and actually got confuse as to what the movie was and when was it shown.
Now that it is clear that it is an upcoming movie of Anne Curtis in a very different movie plot than she usually portrays in, fans would surely support her international indie film that was filmed in states.
The Blood Ransom is directed by Fil-Am Director Francis dela Torre who also filmed Jericho Rosales in the movie Subject: I Love You that hit the cinema on 2011. Anne Curtis is expected to show a very different side of her acting in her upcoming movie Blood Ransom.
