#WalangPasok DepED ADVISORY: 8:14 AM - August 26, 2014.  According to Department of Education of the Philippine (DepED), Classes are suspended today, Aug. 26, 2014,  due to Rain and Flooding. Read the updated list of schools with suspended classes below.

The actual announcement of the Department of Education of Philippines is posted on their official Facebook page here. PAGASA reports said that Floods hit Manila and other flood-prone portions of the capital due to thunderstorms. A Yellow warning issued due to continuous rains over Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, Laguna, Batangas, and Quezon.

Update: According to the news, University of the East (Caloocan and Manila) and The University of Santo Tomas (UST) suspended classes in all levels Tuesday due to rains.


Rain and Flooding are brought by LPA, it has a small chance of developing into a tropical cyclone, but it will bring rains over parts of the country.
