#WalangPasok Habagat Update: July 23 at 12:00 PM. According to San Juan City official Facebook page, classes in Pre-School on both public and private schools were suspended for Wednesday, July 23, 2014 on San Juan City. Typhoon Henry already exits Philippine Area of Responsibility but Due to expected moderate to heavy rainfall brought by SOUTHWEST MONSOON (Habagat) the classes were suspended on the said city.
Meanwhile, PAGASA announced as of 11:30 AM, 23, July 2014 (Wednesday) Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 02 (FINAL) #NCR_PRSD due to Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).
Light to moderate rains was observed over #Zambales, #Bataan, and #Tarlac for the past 2 hours. With this development all HEAVY RAINFALL WARNING over these areas are now TERMINATED.
Meanwhile, thunderstorm is affecting portions of #MetroManila, #Rizal, #Cavite, #Batangas and #Laguna which may persist within 2 hours. All are advised to take precautionary measures against heavy rains, strong winds, lightning and possible flashfloods. Keep monitoring for updates.
