Typhoon Henry Updates: July 21. Typhoon Henry's entry to the Philippine Area of Responsibility continues to move toward extreme Northern Luzon. Department of Education (DepEd) have announced cancelled classes for Tuesday, July 22, 2014 on Quezon Province in ALL LEVELS.

Prevously, Department of Education (DepEd) have announced cancelled classes for Monday, July 22, 2014 on Kawayan and Naval towns in Biliran Island. Storm Signal No. 1 has been raised in four areas namely Batanes Group of Islands, Calayan Group of Islands and Cagayan including Babuyan according to PAGASA on Monday.
