Shanne Dandan is a 13-year-old kid from Quezon City who made it to the blind audition of The Voice Kids. What’s interesting about Shanne is that when he was 3 years old, according to her relatives, he was humming. Just try to imagine a kid at an early age of 3 humming. It means to say that Shanne has already appreciation for music at that age through making sounds.

Shanne had a very amazing performance during the blind audition performing Up Dharma Down’s “Tadhana” that captured not only the coaches’ attention but also the audience and I do believe that even those who were watching on television were enchanted with her voice.

Of the three coaches, two of them turned their chairs and they were coaches Bamboo and Lea. It was Bamboo first who turned his chair followed by the Miss Saigon. It was a tough convincing from the two and Shanne picked coach Lea in the end because she believed it was coach Lea who will be the one who could develop her more.

When coach Lea was interviewed regarding Shanne, she said that she has a beautiful range and good expression emotionally that convinced her to turn her chair. Shanne on her facebook account thanked her supporter a few minutes after her audition was aired. There were responses from people who love and support her and it is an encouragement for the kid.
