Manila, Philippines – The worries of families of OFWs in Libya and Iraq are lessened now that DFA has opened a way for them to know the situation of their relatives on these two countries. DFA opened a 24-hour hotline numbers where the families can call and the digits are (02) 552-7105 or (02) 834-4685. Aside from the digits given by DFA for the families to call, they can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their questions on what is happening to their relatives.
It was reported that Libya has been under Crisis Alert 3 and Iraq was raised to Crisis Alert 4. And the two countries are not that safe at this time because of what they were going through. And hopefully things will be settled in the near future.
